Dress modification policy

Free modification:

You can benefit from the free modification service by visiting one of our branches around the Kingdom, provided that the modification is for one time and does not exceed 7 days from the date of purchase. The modification is limited to (shortening the length - narrowing the size - tightening the shoulder -) and the modification period takes from 2 to 5 working days after requesting the modification. The modified dress cannot be exchanged or returned at all after requesting the modification.
